I’ve been thinking about how time changes as we get older.
Not on the clock — but in how it feels.
When we’re younger, time seems wide and forgiving. There’s always later. Another season. Another chance to get to what matters.
Somewhere in the second half, that changes. Time doesn’t disappear — it sharpens. It asks different questions.
That’s what The Sunday Shift is about.
Not urgency.
Not pressure.
Just paying closer attention.
One thought
Time isn’t something to manage as much as it is something to respect.
One small action
This week, pick one thing you usually rush — a conversation, a walk, a meal — and slow it down on purpose.
No fixing. No optimizing. Just presence.
One simple practice
At the end of each day, ask yourself one quiet question:
What did I give my best attention to today?
Notice the answer. That’s enough.
That’s this week’s shift.
I’m glad you’re here.
We’ll do this again next Sunday.
